At CAMRX, we offer Free Shipping for all orders.
Order processing takes 1-3 business days before shipment. Once your item(s) are dispatched, we send out your unique tracking link to your email.
United States & Canada - Orders will be shipped from our warehouse in El Monte, California and will take 5-10 business days to reach you via USPS/LaserShip/UPS SurePost®.
Australia, New Zealand - Orders will be shipped from our warehouse in WA, East Perth. It will take 5-10 business days to reach your stated address.

What if my phone doesn't have Magsafe?
Simply use the metal ring that is included in the package.
Can I use it with a phone case?
Yes, simply attach the magnetic ring to your case if your case isn't MagSafe.
How long does the battery last?
Once fully charged, the grip can last a solid 4-5 hour shooting time. This does not include standby time.
How to connect it to my phone?
Hold down the bluetooth button for 2 seconds until the blue light flashes. then turn on your phones bluetooth settings and connect to the device named BBC-8.
After the connection is succesful the blue light will stay on.
When the device runs out of battery simply plug in with the charger provided then charge for 2 hours.
Is it wireless charging?
Yes, it is wireless between your phone and SnapGrip.
However, you will need to connect SnapGrip to a power source via the USB-C cable to charge your phone.

I love this camera addition! It is very simple to use and works great! I had the iPhone 12 Max Pro and upgraded to the 15 Max Pro and it works great on both! I wish I had purchased this sooner.
